Terms & Conditions
1. Enrollment & Seat Confirmation
Upfront Payment:
To secure and confirm a seat in any upcoming batch at the academy, candidates must pay 100% of the total course fee upfront through our online portal.
Registration Deadline:
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and enrollment is only finalized once the full digital transaction is successfully processed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet the prerequisites for the course. The academy is not liable if a candidate is found ineligible for external examinations.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation 15 Days or More in Advance:
Candidates who cancel their enrollment 15 days or more prior to the scheduled course start date are eligible for a 100% full refund of the course fee.
Cancellation Less Than 15 Days in Advance:
If a candidate requests a cancellation less than 15 days before the course start date, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover administration and logistics costs.
Cancellation by the Academy:
In the rare event that the academy must cancel or indefinitely postpone a batch due to unforeseen circumstances, candidates will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer their full balance to the next available batch.
3. Batch Rescheduling & Transfer Request
One-Time Transfer:
Candidates may request a transfer to a subsequent batch subject to seat availability. Such requests must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the original course start date.
Administrative Fee:
A nominal batch-transfer fee of 500 Rs may apply to cover administrative costs and reserved material logistics.
4. Code of Conduct & Asset Management
Equipment Care:
Candidates will be trained using advanced clinical simulators, manikins, and specialized equipment. Any deliberate damage, negligence, or unauthorized removal of academy property will result in financial liability for repairs or replacement, and potential termination from the course without a refund.
Attendance & Punctuality:
Because the curriculum is highly technical and structured, missed hours cannot be compensated unless prior written approval is granted by the faculty for exceptional circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property (IP) & Proprietary Content
Course Material:
All lectures, digital content, handouts, protocols, and curriculum designs provided during the training are the exclusive intellectual property of the academy.
Recording Prohibition:
Audio or video recording of lectures, clinical demonstrations, or practical modules is strictly prohibited without explicit written consent from the directors.
6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Exam Outcomes:
The academy provides high-quality training, layout access, and curriculum guidance to prepare candidates for external assessments; however, the academy gives no absolute guarantee of individual performance or clearing external licensing exams.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to amicable resolution between the partners and the candidate. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
